DAY345 [渡英320日] 2021年3月11日（木）：AAOS（組織学会国際オンラインセミナー），英会話(OUNC)
午前3:00から組織学会主催のオンラインセミナーに参加。講師は，竹内理樹 氏
（Riki Takeuchi, Professor, Dr. Joseph Picken Distinguished Chair in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Naveen Jindal School of Management at University of Texas at Dallas)で，お題は "Reflecting on death amidst COVID-19: Different trajectories and its impact on creativity thru four-wave longitudinal investigation"。
ご尊名はかねがねJAP（Journal of Applied Psychology）で存じ上げていたが，漢字だとこう書くのかと初めて知った。とにかく，内容的には4時点データを用いてCOVID-19が与える負のインパクトだけでなく，正のインパクトに眼を向けた研究で色々と勉強になった。Person-centered oriented aaproach，とかGroth Mixture Modeling(GMM)とかは知らなかったので，あとできちんとおさらいしておきたい。
5:40am頃に息子が起きてしまったので息子のベットでお話をして朝を迎える。本人が絶対にかんしゃくを起こさないということで5分だけiPadに触れさせたものの，いつも通り，だだっ子が始まり一苦労。あわや小学校を遅刻しそうになる。何とか息子を送り届けた後は101 Coffeeで朝のコーヒーを購入し帰宅。Bathch filterは朝は扱っていない模様。
今日はOUNCの紹介で10:00から英会話のレッスンを1H受けてみた。英語の先生というだけあってかなり教え方が体系化しており勉強になる。知らない単語も含めて勉強しないと。

I attended the online seminar produced by AAOS from 3:00 am. The speaker was Professor Riki Takeuchi
（Riki Takeuchi, Professor, Dr Joseph Picken Distinguished Chair in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas), and the title was "Reflecting on death amidst COVID-19:
Different trajectories and their impact on creativity thru four-wave longitudinal investigation". Though I know his name by reading JAP( Journal of Applied Psychology), I didn't know his last name written by Japanese Kanji.
Anyway, this research used four waves of data and investigated the effects of the COVID-19 on employees' positive impact, not a negative impact. Because I didn't know "Person-centered oriented approach" and "Groth Mixture Modeling(GMM)", I will catch them up.
My son woke up at around 5:40 a.m., so I finished working. After having breakfast, I let him touch the iPad for five minutes because he was sure he wouldn't throw a tantrum, but then he started a tantrum. We were almost late for elementary school. After dropping my son off, I went to 101 Coffee to buy my morning coffee and went home.
Today, I took a free English lesson at 10:00. She is an English teacher, and her teaching style is quite systematic and informative. I'll have to study the words I don't know.
I received an application for a bank balance certificate via EMS. I have to write and deliver it quickly.
