DAY489 [渡英435日] 2021年8月2日(月):日本とのミーティング,読書会
朝,息子を学校に送ると,9:00から12:00まで日本とミーティング。研究者が9人ほど集まって,人事管理について議論。人事管理に関する理解が深まったり,自分の認識の正しさ,資料のありかなどが分かり,意外な発見もあり,あっという間の3時間であった。でも,画面を見つめすぎて目は悲鳴をあげている。
ミーティングが終わると今度は読書会の調整。日本の研究者とリンクの本を読むことを計画。何と編著者の一人は,受け入れ先に所属しているではないか…。コロナがなければコンタクトできるのだけど。
