DAY247 [渡英224日] 2020年12月3日（木）：院生の論文確認
朝から院生から送付されてきた論文の確認。再査読になっている論文なので丁寧に読み込む。ただ，まだストーリーの展開がぎこちないので構成を変更するように指示。論文の送付が終わると日本労務学会の関東部会の部会への申し込みと慶應のHRM研究会の申し込み。ただ，日本労務学会の関東部会は土曜日だから参加が難しいだろうなぁ。よく考えたら6日日曜日は日本労務学会の理事会だった。早起きしないと（っていつも起きているけど）。
Ulrichの最新論文と以下の動画を見つけた。後で観よう。
From the early morning, I had checked my doctoral student's revised article.
This article needed a major-revisioned, so I checked carefully. However, since this article has not been clear yet, I advised him to arrange the review part's structure to the storyline.
After checking the article, I applied for the study group managed by the Japan Society for Human Resource Management at Kanto committee, and HRM Study group managed by Keio University.
Because of the study group of JSHRM will hold on Saturday, maybe it is difficult to attend. Besides, the next day of the meeting, there will be a board meeting of JSHRM to get up earlier(although I always get up). I found the latest article by D. Ulrich and a Youtube. Let's see it later.
