DAY215 [渡英192日] 2020年11月1日（日）ロックダウン再び
昨日，ジョンソン首相が5日から1か月ロックダウンを再び行うことを通知した。学校はまだ閉鎖されないが，飲食店は店内での飲食が禁止され，takeawayか宅配のみになる。日本では考えられないことだが，急激に感染者数が増えているのに外でマスクをしている人は１割程度（最近ちょっと増えた気がする）だし，手洗いうがいの習慣も日本と比べると徹底していないし緩やか。そこへ世界中から留学生が戻ってくれば感染者数が上がるのは必然。みんな自分は罹らないと思っているのだろうか…。
一日雨だが，暖かい（ぬるい）天気。15時頃に息子がお向かいの家の子供からお誘いがあったので近所の広場で遊ぶが，結局，示し合わせてはいないものの，子供と親が集まって10人以上の集まりになった。「どうせ学校で一緒なのだから」という認識なのだろうが，大丈夫だろうか。買いだめが起きそうな気配がする。マスクの備蓄や食料（こちらだと小麦）の準備をしておく方がよいかもしれない。消毒用のアルコールは5Lあるので何とかなりそう。
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in the news that the government would have started lockdown again from 5th November for a month. Though schools are not closed yet, (maybe parents couldn't work if they are closed), restaurants are banned eating and drinking only takeaway or delivery, and retail shops will be closed.
Different from Japan, even the rapid increase of COVID infected cases, less than 10% of people wore a mask, and so many people don't have a habit of washing hands, to do gargle. Besides, there come international students from all over the world. The number of COVID of the infected cases will inevitably increase.
Around 15:00, my son's friend invited my son to play in the playground. However, there were over 10 people there though they didn't have an appointment to meet. Perhaps they didn't care because they would play together at school.
