DAY412 [渡英358日] 2021年5月17日（月）：不動産会社の中間チェック，VirginのWifi

　息子を送り出していつものコーヒーショップへ。いつも通りモカを頼んだところ，チョコを切らしているということで近所の雑貨店まで買いに行ってくれた。なんか申し訳なくなって他のものを注文すればよかったと少し後悔。

　今日からナイトクラブ以外の経済活動もOK（pubなどの店内飲食OK）になったこともあり，不動産会社がpropertyのチェックに来た。入居時のinventy checkの段階から直っていない品々に加えて，フェンスが倒壊しつつあること，ボイラーから異音がすることを伝える。不動産会社によれば，フェンスのメンテナンス責任は，支えのない側にあるということで，隣家ではなく我々の家主にメンテナンスの責任があるということ。これは知らなかったので新たな知識。
　不動産チェックが終わると，VirginのWifiキットが届く。元々Virginの基礎工事が終わっていたため，あとはルーターが届くとすぐに使用できる模様。現在のwifiがあまりに脆弱でもはや仕事に支障をきたすレベルのため乗換え。ただ，こちらも日本の携帯のwifiと同様に3日間合計の使用量が一定量を超えると速度制限がかかる模様。

　金曜日のワクチン接種のためにタクシーを予約。行きは運転できても注射後の運転は推奨されておらず，タクシーを使用予定。でも，片道はクレジットで支払ったけど，往復分と言う認識はあるだろうか。念のため備考には接種の間の待ち時間も含めて往復のオーダーをしているが…。

I sent my son to primary school, as usual, I went to the coffee shop. When I ordered the Mocha, the chocolate was short, so the clerk went to buy it. Seeing that, I should have changed the order.

Today, almost the economic activities are released, so the man from the real estate company came to our house. We told him there was nothing amended from the beginning, one of the side fence of the garden was collapsing, and there was a strange noise from the boiler when we used hot water. According to the property manager, this landowner has responsibility for repairing the fence.
After finishing the checking by the property manager, we received the Wifi from Virgin. This house had already base equipment about Virgin wifi, so we could easily set it up.

I booked a taxi for vaccination on Friday. Though I can drive one way, I can't drive after the dose. Though I paid money only one way, could they understand I want to book both ways, including the waiting time?
