DAY144 [渡英123日] 2020年8月22日（土）来客→キャンセル，公園

　今日は来客に備えて色々家を片付ける。部屋や庭の掃除をしたり，Brancaにパンを買いに行く。しかし，待ち合わせの直前になって先方の旦那さんの体調が悪くなったということで次週にリスケすることに。コロナ禍もあるし，体調の問題もあるからしょうがない，気を取り直して3人で昼食を食べて食後に『ハリーポッターと賢者の石』を観る。この間の誕生会で他の親がハリーポッターを観ていたというので我が家でもトライしてみた。何となく話は追えているみたいで，次のシリーズもみたいとのこと。

　途中でお向かいさんから連絡があり公園に行く。土曜日ということもあり，いつも以上に子供（と親）が多く，もはやソーシャル・ディスタンスはない。しかし，私たちの裏に住んでいる女の子が息子と同じクラスであることが判明したり，新しく引っ越してきたお向かいさんとも自己紹介をすることができた。
　二転三転した1日だったがそれなりに得るものがあった。

　Today to prepare for the guest coming at home, we clean up rooms and garden and go shopping to Branca to buy the pieces of bread. However, just before the lunch party, we cancel it and re-schedule at next week because her husband suddenly got a worse condition. Because there is a COVID-19 situation and is the problem of his physical health, we understand the situation.

　After taking lunch, we watched Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Because another parent told them she watched the movie with her son, we tried it at home. He seemed to understand the story and wanted to watch the next one. On the way of viewing the movie, my neighbor invited him to go to the park.

　It's Saturday, and there ware so many children (and parent) people in the park, there is no longer taking social distance. But we found that the residents living at the backside of our house has the same age girl and class at primary school, and we could introduce ourselves to the newcomer. It was a day that the plan changed over and over, but there was something to gain.
