DAY324 [渡英299日] 2021年2月18日（木）:賃貸契約の更新（煩雑すぎ：怒），早朝meeting

　4:00amから次年度の研修の打ち合わせ。Googleのアラームがなければ一日間違えてすっぽかしをするところだった。一応，大まかな研修の方向性が決まる。後は時間割編成に合わせた詳細なカリキュラム編成を考えないと。

　午前中は，住居契約の支払いを変更するために銀行の手続きを変更する必要があり，悪夢がよみがえる。すでに英国の銀行口座を有しているために，その銀行が賃貸契約連盟(Let Alliance)？に加盟しているのであれば，手続きを簡素化できるが，最後にセキュリティキーとセキュア―コードを入れる必要がある。しかしこれが，携帯のオンラインバンキングのアクセスネーム（＝カード記載の名前ではない）で，さらに一回携帯でセキュア―コードを生成してそれを20秒以内に入れないといけない。数回間違えるとロックされてしまうためにハラハラしながら作成。支払い方法を変えるだけで，大学への身元照会とか全部リセットされることに辟易。従来のやり方を変えさせない方向への圧力がすごい。
　我々がインベントリーチェック（入居時の確認）の時に指摘していた諸々の故障個所は，今になっても直っておらず，庭の手入れだけでも数か月を要したが，お金の話になると尋常じゃないレベルの即レス（当日レスすらある）。
