DAY198 [渡英176日] 2020年10月15日（木）車の講習4日目
3時に起床して原稿〆切やたまった仕事を消化。校正の段階で脱稿した原稿の表の１つが誤っていることに気が付き慌てて修正。ここに時間を取られてしまった。ようやく『労政時報』の4000号記念が発刊された模様。まだ手元に本は届いていないが楽しみ。
車の教習も4日目になったが，いつになったら自分の車に乗ってもよいのだろうか？指導員に尋ねても「実際の車は教習車と違い，助手席にブレーキがないから100％安全でないとだめだ」と言っているが，もしかして保険とかの関係で乗りたくないのかな？
午後，ボイラーの会社がようやく到着し，自宅のセントラルヒーティングが直った。しょうがないのだけど，この修理のおっちゃん，土足なんだよなぁ。我々は家の中では靴を脱いで生活しているのだけど，息子のパズル（リビングに置いてある）を土足で踏むし，家中のヒーターを確認するために土足で確認するし…。終了後，アルコール消毒と掃除機をかける（潔癖ではなくコロナ対策のため）。
I woke up 3:00 am and finished the task by a deadline. At the proofreading stage, I noticed that one of the tables in the draft was incorrect and immediately correct it. In addition, the 4000th issues of ROUSIJIHOU as the special issue was published. I didn't have yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
There were the forth days of the refreshers course.
But I asked the instructor when I could practise driving using my car, and he said that "unlike a training car, because there is no brake in the passenger seat, so I must confirm 100% safe." I wonder thinking of insurance, he didn't want to ride.
The man from the boiler company came to our house to fix our boiler in the afternoon, finally a central heating system fixed.
Though it couldn't help coming into our house with shoes, it needed to clean the room after the man went back.
